They call it Sweetwater and it is Indeed Sweet!

I am writing about @sweetwater_restaurant in two separate posts because quite frankly, I have So much to say in my foodie review of the general-vibe, decor and cuisine….With traditional politeness and good manners, let’s eat! .

An eclectic, industry-chic atmosphere fits in perfectly with the crafty, almost mystery-like master menu. Although there aren’t many small plates and secondi dishes, the menu is seductive and packs a plethora of flavors! 

What’s Cookin’?

*Signature Brie: ritz crackers crusted brie, a wild berries compote and ciabatta *Cauliflower Hushpuppies: plated on top of a red curry mustard, orange zest and micro greens. And, drumroll please…the Finale!

*French Onion Chicken, Mahi Mahi Tacos and of course, My entree, the Caribbean Shrimp Mofongo. Oh Yes, these dishes are certainly delicious!
